In response to the negative feedback, Arrowhead’s CEO, Shams Jorjani, acknowledged that many within the team were disappointed with the response to the update. Despite explaining the long lead times on development and the timing of the update coinciding with vacations, Jorjani emphasized that the studio was not making excuses. He expressed a commitment to constant improvement and the need to do better in the future. Jorjani also confirmed that the studio would continue to tweak the new difficulty 10 helldives based on player feedback, addressing concerns about enemies and rewards.
