Chery, the Chinese automotive brand, has recently opened a new dealership in the bustling area of Fatmawati, South Jakarta. This new outlet, a result of a collaboration between PT Chery Motor Indonesia (CMI) and PT Mitra Auto Nevindo (MAN), offers a wide range of facilities, including a body and paint workshop.
The grand opening of the Chery MAN Fatmawati dealership took place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Situated at Jl. Fatmawati No. 53, Jakarta Selatan, this dealership marks the 34th out of a total of 47 outlets that are currently operational. By the end of 2024, Chery aims to have 60 dealerships operating across Indonesia.
According to Rifkie Setiawan, Head of Brand Department at CMI, the Chery MAN Fatmawati dealership is not just a new outlet but also aims to set a benchmark in providing the best after-sales service in the automotive industry. The facilities at this dealership go beyond the standard 3S (sales, service, spare parts) offerings. In addition to these, there is also a body and paint workshop where dents, scratches, or complete body repainting can be done.
With nearly 5,000 Chery car owners residing in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek) area, the addition of a body and paint workshop at the Chery MAN Fatmawati dealership is a testament to the brand’s commitment to meeting customer needs through competitive service standards.
Spanning across 1,605 square meters of land, the Chery MAN Fatmawati dealership boasts a building area of 3,315 square meters. Apart from the 3S+BP facilities, the dealership is also equipped with a public electric vehicle charging station to recharge electric cars.
Customers visiting the Chery MAN Fatmawati dealership can test drive, place orders, service, and repair all Chery models available. The current lineup includes models such as Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, Chery Tiggo 5X, Chery Omoda 5, and Chery Omoda E5. Additionally, reservations are open for the Chery Tiggo 8 and Chery iCar 03 models, although their official launch dates are yet to be announced.

With a focus on customer satisfaction and a wide range of facilities, Chery is set to make a mark in the Indonesian automotive market.
