Summarecon Mall Bekasi recently hosted a spectacular event titled „Planimals Exhibition & Zoonimals,“ which took place over 11 days from May 23 to June 2, 2024, at the atrium of The Oval on the ground floor of the mall. The event offered a unique showcase of ornamental plants and pets with a series of engaging activities that could be enjoyed for free.
The Planimals Exhibition and Zoonimals event provided a platform for plant and pet enthusiasts to come together and enjoy a variety of attractions. From Reptile & Pets Exhibition to Plants Exhibition, Aquatic Exhibition, Animal Activities, Competitions, and Talkshows, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Ugi Cahyono, the Center Director of Summarecon Mall Bekasi, expressed the mall’s commitment to providing a space for small and medium-sized businesses and communities to express their hobbies.
One of the highlights of the event was the Zoonimals mini zoo, which added an extra element of excitement for visitors. Located in the west parking area of The Downtown Walk, Zoonimals offered a unique opportunity for guests to interact with a variety of animals such as owls, rabbits, turtles, donkeys, mini horses, wallabies, deer, pygmies, and more. The mini zoo was open from Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Friday to Sunday and national holidays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets were priced at Rp. 42,000,- with free entry for children under 2 years old.
The Zoonimals area also featured activities like animal feeding, horse riding, animal education, and animal shows, providing an immersive experience for visitors. Additionally, special events like the Cat Show Competition on May 26, 2024, added an element of competition and fun for cat lovers.
The event was not only entertaining but also educational, offering a unique and memorable experience for all visitors. With a focus on supporting local communities and fostering hobbies, Summarecon Mall Bekasi’s commitment to providing a platform for expression and enjoyment was evident throughout the event.
