The Official Conclusion of SKD CAT Catar POLTEKIP and POLTEKIM 2024 in Bandung

The third day of the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) Computer Assisted Test (CAT) for Prospective Cadets at the Politeknik Ilmu Pemasyarakatan (POLTEKIP) and Politeknik Imigrasi (POLTEKIM) was held in Bandung. This selection process was organized by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in West Java in collaboration with the National Civil Service Agency (BKN). The SKD CAT, divided into 4 sessions, took place on Thursday (25/07/24) at the Regional Office of BKN on Jl. Surapati No.10, Cihaur Geulis, Kec. Cibeunying Kaler.

The event was attended by various officials including Ferry Ferdiansyah, Erwin Wiryawan, Agung Adi Putro, Ginni Dewi Ridhawati, Egga Okstrada, and representatives from the Secretariat General (Susanti, Muh. Taufiq Hardiyanto Umar, and Amelia Zanar Mustika) and the Inspectorate General (Kesuma Negara, Abdul Hamid, and Kurniawan). A total of 686 participants were scheduled to take part in the selection process.

Participants were given initial instructions to check their attendance number and locker number for belongings. The organizers ensured that the participants‘ data matched their photos, faces, and personal information to prevent any fraudulent activities during the selection process. Participants were not allowed to wear any metal accessories, including phones, watches, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, or talismans. They were only permitted to bring their participant card, pencils, and ID card into the examination room.

The participants had to answer 110 questions in 100 minutes, with a passing score of 65 points for National Insight Test, 80 points for General Intelligence Test, and 156 points for Personal Characteristics Test, totaling 301 points. The scores were displayed in real-time on the BKN Kanreg III YouTube channel for both participants and their companions to view. In the first session, 178 out of 200 participants attended the test, with Nathan Jusa Pratama achieving the highest score of 463. In the second session, M. Dzaky Danadyaksa scored 460 points, securing the top position. Tiurija Pawarensi Masarina Siregar scored 481 in the third session, while Dika Santika scored 414 in the final session.

Overall, the SKD CAT selection process was a rigorous and competitive event, with participants showcasing their knowledge and skills to secure a place at the prestigious POLTEKIP and POLTEKIM. The dedication and determination of the participants were evident throughout the selection process, highlighting their commitment to pursuing a career in the civil service sector.
